Start Activation

To activate your MyHR+ Self Service account, please fill out the form below.


Please use your government issued email - Example - youremail@work.gov.jm
Do not include hyphens in your TRN. (format e.g. 123455678)

Your username will be an combination of:
1. First initial of your first name +
2. First initial of your middle name +
3. Your last name +
4. First four digits of your TRN
Example:
Name: Stacey-Ann Maxine Elizabeth Campbell-Brown
TRN: 123456789
Username: smbrown1234
